Think I'll stick with my traeger. Did a 50 lb. pig last week for a guy. 20 degrees out but no problem keeping the heat up. I have a nice wind break so wind not a factor. Takes about 5 hours to do the pig. I'll turn it once. Have hard time getting it off as meat just falls off.
