Mid-Michigan | Wife and I both have lost over 30lbs. She looks a hell of a lot better than I but did before we started. I lost because the doc told me recurring cancer and belly fat go together and she lost because she wanted to. Has taken me 15 months and has taken her 6 months. Still have a few lbs to go. Started at 265 and now 228. Would like to get to 220.
Hang in there guys and gals as it can be done but it sure is not as fun as eating. Wife is 5'6 and I am 6'1 and both 70 years old. She weighs 135 now. Don't tell her i told that. | |
