Wife and I joined Weight Watchers. It's helping a bunch. AND getting excersize. Lost 2.5 lb.s in the first 4 days. Mainly just watching what I eat and cutting out snacks has been the difference. I hope I can stay with it. Have meetings and a cruise in the next 2 weeks.
