We got a Green Mountain. smoke or grill. It is a wood pellet grill. A little expensive. For grilling , pellets are reasonable, smoking a little expensive. Last night we ate at steak house. Wife asked, where did the flavor go?
Green mountain has electronic heat control.
I smoked a brisket for new year--- outside temp was 10 f. Try that on a cheap charcoal.
Help me buy a smoker.
