Somewhere in North central Iowa
At the risk of insulting all the die-hard meat smokers out there, I want to upgrade my small charcoal smoker. I'm looking at an LP or electric and would love to hear the pros and cons of both. I have looked at both and can't find an advantage to either so I welcome any advice I can get.
Help me buy a smoker.
