Sure , just check in on a Sunday night. Honor system you set your own goals. Post what ever you want ie; Beginning wt or just how many you want to lose or however you want to do it. I think its good to post in even if your not doing good(see my post on tonights). Theres got to be a little motivation in knowing some of us are looking at it.
