Indy, if you never ate one you probably never cleaned one,,,,,they still have a fondness for their hide even after they are dead, you'll get better by the time you get to the third one.....also if you peel the hide over the head and leave it attached while cooking, you can crack the skull with a spoon and dig the brains out,,I've seen my Dad do it, but I did not grow into tough enough of a man for that,,,,,,,,,,good luck....John
