Chip, the xcopy command you typed will still work. In WinXP, the /s is no longer necessary as /e implies both /e and /s. Winxp has added a couple switches to xcopy. Go to a command window and type xcopy /? to see the full list. I haven't figured out what the /z command is suited for.
I use xcopy within a batch file to copy any changed files in an application I maintain to servers at all our stores. Beats manually copying the files. Once I've done my program changes, one click of a mouse on the batch file sends all new and changed files five directions.
