What the IRS allows for 2010 is around 50 cents a mile (don't remember exactly and do not have my notes).
That is what they allow, but what is 'right' is another question. Running enough miles it is significant. On my own vehicle and my own business, no matter who owns the vehicle, it is robbing peter to pay paul. And I am both peter and paul. Don't want to short either one....
