Chebanse, IL..... | This is like bar-b-queing chicken. You're supposed to wash your hands, wash the chicken, wash your hands, etc etc, but how many people change bar-b-que tongs or flippers from when they put the raw meat on the grill to when it's "done"? You never sanitized the utensils, you just kept using them on the chicken at various levels of doneness. At least, I don't change utensils. I haven't had any problem in 40 yrs of bar-b-queing. Maybe I'm wrong. |
