Usually happens after the first week or two. Stay on with whatever you have been doing and you will continue to make better progress again.
Here, down a lb. for the week. This holiday period with meals and traveling is going to be tough. I'd like to drop a lb. or two a week but may have to be satisfied to just maintain through this period. |
