week 3 Where I started! What happened to all the others that were interested??

Do I have to update every week? LOL OK OK I'll get it in a bit and post it!

House full of cookie and candy makers today here. A yearly thing with 2 daughters & one daughter inlaw. Somebody has to do the taste test and there are several different batches. A really demanding job but think I held up till the last! My favorite; thumb print I think its called. Some kind of crunched nuts cup/cookie with a thumb print filled with iceing in the middle.

Seriously I think I was doing good until today. No soda or candy bars all week. Been working away from home/food several days and just packing one measley sandwich ,one apple , and a few snack crackers. I don't stop at any quick stops (I pass 2 and like to pickup a soda a candy bar) and smaller supper. If I would add the exercise I know it would help.

Thanks for the testamonials about feeling better etc. That will help motivate. Thinking about posting weekly does help me consider what I'm doing during the week-----and so far you guys are a lot nicer about little or no progress than my wife would be. (-:>
