You're right to be cynical, but these look real to me. Here's a link to the pictures on the photographer's site. Don't expect to be able to read much though.

The first thing I look at is the shadows and whether they make sense. Then the direction of light. Then the number of pictures involved. To photoshop the shadows and light correctly is a lot of serious work. It's highly unlikely someone would go to that trouble for so many pictures. Especially someone who actually makes their living (as this couple appears to) selling photographs.
