According to the IA DOT website, there are only about 3 highways clear down in the SE corner of Iowa that are fit for travel.  Pretty much everything in the west and northwest is closed, most of everything else is 'travel not advised'.  We're not getting much of anything here now, and there's only about an inch or so on the ground, but the wind is whipping the cold around.   And my spouse has to go out in this in the morning and haul beans....at the binsite by 0600.  I don't envy his day.
