Seaforth, Ontario | When I was dating my wife, she saw an open bag of red clover seed; when she asked about it, I told her they were strawberry seeds and I was gong to plant a couple acres. Being her favourite fruit, she showed her appreciation later that evening. This ruse went on for some time til one night at a party, her friends wanted to know how soon would the strawberries be ready to harvest. Figured I had better tell the truth before it went any further. I wasn't pleased with her witholding her appreciation for awhile. lol | |
