| Can't do that around this country. There have been a bunch of buildings broken into around this area. We never leave anything in the driveway with keys in it overnight. Sometimes during the day. Even lock our house door during the day when we are home. Never leave the farm without locking up the shop.
Neighbor was held up at gun point a few years ago when he opened his garage door to back his car out to go to breakfast. Guy had to have been standing outside side and walked right in and stuck the gun in his face. We had one guy who rang the doorbell in the middle of the night and wanted to know if it was ok if he just sat behind our house for a while because the sheriff was trying to track him down and he needed a place to hide for a little bit......true story. Sad part is I was calling the sheriff while Jill talked to him through the window and it took over 15 minutes for the sheriff to get there and by that time he had left...and yes they were looking for him.
