I call my local guy when I need a culvert, usually there within a day. Mows, plows snow, does a great job. We have never been snowed in more than 1 day.
Do you really think the State of Illinois can improve that for the same money? Really? My guess is like everything else in this state most of the money would end up in Cook county and we would be on our own.
