If you were from Indiana I'd say you were Mitch Daniels in disquise as he has been trying to get rid of the township trustees & boards. As a Tw Trustee who was just relected to my 8th term ( 32yrs) I can only say that yes there are shortcomings with our twp system but doing away with them will cause more & larger problems.
