Lapel, In | How many acres involved?Location ? Had a similar situation on land I used to farm(6 acres). Forget how much rent it was,(similar amount) but I could not even come close to the offer.Turned out to be a wholesale tree nursery. Location for them is great. And the rent would in no way come closer to what it would have taken to buy the property,if it could have been sold at all. Owned by the Indianapolis Airport Authority.
