Just used the amortization chart and at 6% interest / 20 yrs / $1000 payment = ground at $12,500 per acre.
6% interest / 30 yrs / $1000 payment = ground at $13,800 per acre. Only logical reason to offer rent that high is to leave the owner with a liability when their thru.
