central Indiana | Farm some ground for a retired neighbor. He calls today and wants to see me. He shows me an offer for rent of his property. $1000/A for 20 years from a real estate agent from Georgia who represents a third party. Do not know what they intend, just had to warn land owner about the pitfalls...ie, failure of whatever project they intend, destroying his property, whatever else I could think of. Question is what do you think that use will be? Wind mills or solar panels? Cannot see for the life of me how they could pay the rent. Also what else should he be warned of?
