You got any other angles I can instill the fear of god into them? I was wondering about the FCC but didn't know if cell phones were anything that they could control. I know they used to watch the business band radio's closely.
I'm going to start with the "wonderful" help at the front desk and then I'm going to call out that service manager there that I have went rounds with for the past two years and see what other sort of malarky lies she can tell me.
Notebook and writing it down. So simple. Never thought about it.
I have asked her over and over again to put me in touch with someone higher up the ladder on issues that are "out of her hands" only to never receive a single form of communication from them. They love to sweep matters under the rug.
I have been looking for an angle that would make them listen to me. This might just be it. | |
