Few questions-------How did you get billed? How did this person/business get your info to bill you? Some kind of underhanded practice? Attorney generals, better business bureau and internet exposure are your friends. You've got a mess on your hands but if there is another guilty party involved maybe they can help out as in$$$$$. You would really have get tough with them though!!!
