You will never ever "find" time to use it. You have to TAKE time to use it. Once you overcome the hurdle of actually doing something for yourself, instead of always for someone or something else, taking time for relaxation will become easier.

I tell folks when they get after me for taking off and fooling around, "If I can't take time for myself, what the hell am I doing all the rest of it for?"

I am a recovered workaholic.....it's better this way.
