I would love to lose 35 pounds. I was a "comfortable" weight of 200 when I was skinny. And I use the skinny word Lightly. I use to lift weights and ever since I quit that stuff...... Bammm. The problem is I never quit the same eating program.
How long a time frame do you guys have? I am guessing I would need 3 months if I was serious. What programs are you guys gonna use?
