| Sounds good to me. Probably good to have a motivater prize but I don't have a clue? You know if we lost a bunch of total pounds some magazine would probably do an article on "that amazing NAT group" -----naw---- they would want pics. lol
Maybe post what you plan to do or what you did (if successful), didn't do or did wrong if you backslide?
