1. What kind of idiot cops just starts shooting at a broken down van for no reason?
2. What kind of idiot cops fire multiple times at a vehicle without hitting anyone?
FORTUNATELY...these two exhibitions of incompetence were self-canceling. Imagine if there had been employees in the van, or if he had his kids with him, and the jackboots had actually been capable of hitting something! | |
