The bridge I was talking about is the actual area the original poster was talking about. People do come off the bridge into IL from Hannibal usually exceeding the speed limit by more than 10-15 mph. Do you really think they would waste their time there if they sat there for hours and didn't catch anybody. I'm sure IL isn't the only state that sits near the state line stopping cars.
