Centralia, MO | Ridiculous statement. We are able to many times the resolution in a tiny bandwidth with digital. Analog TV was an archaic technology that was extremely wasteful of bandwidth. We can now fit hundreds of communication channels for business band, aircraft, police and fire, etc into the bandwidth previously used by 12 TV channels. Finally the government doesn't sell the bandwidth except in the case of issuing a few permits for things like business band and that a microscopic amt of money. | |
