Try actually taking part in the long ceremony as the groom like I did (I'm not the catholic one). You'd think with all the money the church apparently has they'd spend a little for cushioning on the kneel pads up in front LOL. Wife and I were both wispering "my knees are killing me" throughout the ceremony. Both of us being overweight didn't help the cause either.

Another idea might be to volunteer to video the ceremony from the balcony, then just set the camera and sit and read Maxim or play a game on your phone.
