Dont get me wrong I love working on the farm, but why should I be making him money when there is no future in it for me. Am I barking up the wrong tree or is there a good solution.
Just remember that town job might not be looking so good when you have a prick boss and some douche bag co workers.
Are you saving money? Can you start doing stuff on shares (rent a field, use bosses equipment)? What are your goals?
The grass is always greener on the other side.
*Will the boss rehire you at current wages if you leave and get laid off in 6 months?
