I wouldn't sign anything for personnel injury for at least a year. When you sign, they are off free and clear. If you have an issue after that, they are not going to pay at all.
I also would not get a "ambulance chaser attorney" involved either at this point. When a lawyer gets involved, than there is no working with an insurance company anymore. The lawyers have to fight it out.
