redoak - 11/11/2010 11:57 --just put glasses on too read name on baby dill pickles as usually meijer,ect. no name...these looked different because they where packed and shipped from Viet Nam....sad when we are in a large pickle area and used too have Heinz processing them before they went too Holland , mi. area... never know where your food is coming from

Yes, concerning . . . . do these foreign processors meet the FDA stands (here in the states)? What's the quality of the raw product, pkging material and handling in those countries - as compared to here?
It's not uncommon to have food items being handled and transported with hazardous materials . .. .  Food safety is concerning!
