Go into your local office--don't call the 800 number, unless necessary to get a local appt. Talk to a Claims Representative or a Service Representative, once again, AT YOUR LOCAL OFFICE. They will have knowledge of other situations such as yours and give you the only answer that matters--THEIRS.
