I really liked Lee. I was always impressed that little old unimportant me could drop an email to the ... I think I'm correct in saying this ... #1 non-family member in the company and get a personal answer. I was in a "focus group" a few years ago where they got a small group of customers together and picked their brains. Lee kind of ran it. If you asked a question he answered it if he could. Some things were outside his expertise, but if he could give a straight answer he always did. I had heard his health was failing and he was kind of transferring his responsibilities to others. Gonna miss him.
