Had to go on a short road trip today, west of Wausau WI on hwy 29. Saw 2 different billboards advertising for WIC. "Good Food, Good xxxx"(don't remember exactly).

What is WIC? Women Infants Children. The name the state of WI has given to welfare.

Billboards adverising to entice folks to sign up for welfare just seems wrong to me.
