I am no expert by any means, so you can take this for what you paid for it.

however,  I'd say you are an alcoholic-dependent.  I would say you are having a physical reaction to the alcohol.  It sounds to me like you need to abstain totally to avoid the headaches.  I don't say this to be mean, just trying to be straightforward.

I would also agree with another post above:  you could be suffering from dehydration.  I can get headaches when: a) I am dehydrated; b) when I am having withdrawal from coffee or tea.
