New Mexico		perhaps Double the rent to the next one.

IF certain entities can get that to play...there's a ton of dough to be made ( since double rent then justifies double the asset value etc. ).

Problem with breaking contracts is that then "anything can supposedly mean anything," but in reality "everything means NOTHING" too.
