My choice would be to not only legalize drugs, but to dispense them to anybody that wants them -- free. The addicts would be dead in a short time, prisons would not be filling up, holdups probably cut in half, and all the profit from the trade would be ended.
Doing a crime while stoned would be a ticket to the big house where you still get anything you want free, except for getting out on the street again.
Can we talk about legalizing marijuana?
