Ellsworth IL | Super 88 , EVERY thing you just said can be applied to alcohol also . should it be prohibited ? I know plenty of guys driving around with 12 packs in their tractors , little kids in their pick ups while drinking , and old men taking swigs off bottles they keep under their seats.. where is the difference ?
Suey ,asking about testing positive at work etc , do you get a pass if you test positive for alcohol ? The laws are already in place pretty much to handle those situations since most times the term used is under the influence .
Why not lgalize it ? I don't smoke it, did a little when I was in high school , just never was very good at it so I "outgrew it" . But I also know that people smoking generally don't go through personality changes like so many do while drinking . We all run into people , do business with , or are related to grown, successful adults who smoke dope daily. Probably not during work hours , but of an evening , instead of sitting down for a few beers , they take a toke or two . Where is the difference other than pot is illegal and alcohol isn't ?
