Thanks for the advice. I will have to check that book out. Probably sounds like I should get some new lures for my tackle box too.

I guess my biggest question is what to do with the money I have coming after the 1st of the year from deferred grain. The debt that I have is short term (5yrs and less) and the interest rate is locked in at 5%. I dont need any machinery. I was thinking about making a down payment on land and financing it long term (30 yrs) but this land market feels a little like a bubble to me. I like these corn and bean prices too but something tells me I might be better off with the physical grain than selling it.
