Pollwatchers in Illinois can observe but NEVER touch any election supplies or ballots.
Ballots are rectified with the accuvote and TSX machines and then all ballots and tabulations from the machines are delivered to the courthouse by one democrat and one republican election judge. One township got in trouble because they stopped to eat supper one night one their way to the courthouse.
