I can tell you in the past 5 years we have averaged over 180 4 of the 5. While we had some 60+ beans this year our average will still be just below 60. In 09 we had corn average 205 while beans made 45. For us it would be more like 180 corn and around 50 for beans. Our 11 binds are 5.35 and about $12. So for 180 and 50 that translates to 960 and 600. So I agree the numbers sure favor corn at least today. If we either get beans to the 14 or 15 or corn to drop to the sub 4.50 range or some combination then we might see bean acres go up a bit.
