Is my fuel supplier not going to be able fill my 10000 gal tank if I do not do this? The only navigable water is a creek you could put a canoe in after rain. Is that navigable? Is this another play dumb situations ( not that hard to do for me) ?
Anyone else trying to fill out SPCC forms?
