Alot of the city folks have opted to just buy the hunting ground and so timber with some tillable will bring 1500-2200 a acre. the third option makes it hard for the farmers to buy farm ground . Had a piece by me sell it brought 5000 a tillible acre. Would probably average 115 bu corn/35bu beans. |
