It'll be interesting to see how this plays out.  I'm with you on the deer ....between the vehicle damage and personal injury and the crop damage piece of it, it's pretty illogical.  You can't shoot them outside of established law. because they are the property of the State, but when they damage you or your property, there's no recourse because they State doesn't control them.  I'm afraid this whole "new sales tax" issue is going to end up being a can of worms in the long run, but guess the city folk are getting what they want.  At least it isn't a property tax increase to fund it.....this way, the Walmart welfare queens end up putting some of their 'income' back in the system.

And, I'm not going to miss Chester the Budget Molester either.
