Ballot proposition guaranteeing them direct control of a portion of Iowa's sales tax receipts passed by an astonishingly easy margin.
Maybe with the $100 million or so they could glean from this, they could begin paying us for all the damage their deer to to our property?
Conservation groups pushed this hard, but something like 78% of the money goes directly through to the DNR. Will represent quite a boost to their budget.
