Looks like majority of posters on this site think land is over valued at current prices. What would be a fair price for farmland with the ability to sell corn for 4 years @ $5 bu?
Using a formula of APH X $5 corn = 4% ROI for land, would argue that land is too cheap in most areas.
Fair value for land?
