SE Nebraska | I have seen hunting ground in that range, but that gets the hunters1. exlcusive hunting rights for all species, including things like spring turkeys and morels. It also gives them the right to put in food plots and feeders, which will draw in more deer. They also get to bring their buddies and relatives. And the landowners family and friends can't hunt it. You can charge plenty, but you have to give up a lot of control to make that happen. | |
