Entertaining is putting it mildly.

If the auction was held at the site there's probably been enough BS spread for next years crop.

Ground up here sold for $7575 and $6875 next to me a couple weeks ago.  The cheap one had a lot of waste acres bringing the price down, neither one lays particularly nice. Both need tile and lots of it.

Ground SE of town sold for $9150 last Fri, I've been told that it was a nice piece but can't say that I know what it looks like since I didn't bother looking into it.
